Green card Immigration application Form I-693 AND APPEAL PROCESS FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION
answering questions we are getting phone calls for about regular green card physicals and those worried about being deported . First- the general application that everybody has to do- a physical exam to protect your health and the health of others. (For anybody worried about being deported there is a special appeals process we explain below)
1-the physical exam; everybody has to do one. The cost is $250 for both children and adults (Cheaper than anywhere else we've seen). We Provide you with two copies of the 14 pages we fill out for you form I-693, one in a sealed envelope that you mail to Immigration services or give to your lawyer if you're using one and a complete copy for you to look at and keep. If you do your Immigration physical now before handing in any paperwork it is good for life. We arrange for you to get any vaccine you need for free
if you have no insurance or if your insurance does not pay for vaccine we also get them no charge to you. Immigration exams are done Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM no appointment needed just bring photo ID (drivers license or passport for example). We do a required blood test in our office testing for any vaccines needed if you haven't had all the vaccines required. If you have insurance we will give you a receipt to cover all your costs (the blood test and the exam to hand into your insurance company. If you don't have insurance we have an arrangement for you to get a discount on a bill you will later receive from the lab we send your blood to. The general cost is about $100 from the lab but varies depending upon what you need.
We've made arrangements to provide you with the lowest cost for this green card application medical exam.
NOW FOR ANYONE FEARING DEPORTATION. There are many who are living here without any criminal history who are contributing to society who can submit an appeal Requesting permission to remain in the United States and apply for citizenship. After doing a physical exam with us we will Instruct you as to the appeals process.
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for many individuals especially in the Latino and Hispanic communities who have been at a disadvantage in keeping up with rules and regulations because of language barriers. Our government although done with good intentions, made English as a second language for the Hispanic population amongst others offering English courses as a second language to even adult immigrants. I was Dr. Maloney has written he studied Latin for three years in high school and could never speak even one sentence of it. He also stated that he took three years of Spanish in college and afterwards could only ask "where the library is" "donde esta la biblioteca?", something I'm sure many can relate to.
On the other hand before transferring back to Albert Einstein Medical school for his last two years of medical school, he started medical school in Guadalajara Mexico and was forced to learn Spanish as his primary language there. In Mexico, Spanish was not offered as a second language to Dr. Maloney as he has explained and for that reason he was forced to learn to speak Spanish fluently .
Not doing the same thing here for adults immigrating to the United States has been a mistake, and has caused many to not be able to understand the green card application process, for which there is appeal application. This will be provided to those worried about being deported including a letter of protection to hold stating that you are going through the process of applying for your citizenship legally. this letter given to you had Dr. Maloney's name and phone number on it asking anybody questioning your Legal status to call Dr. Maloney. Dr. Maloney is an advocate for all in this position, all good law abiding residents who have been living here and contributing to society, working raising families educating them etc..
Dr. Maloney has been an advocate for those In need for many years, and has received many awards for doing so including amigo award and the Martin Luther King award. He continues to help those in need.

Covid 19 2023 remains circulating throughout the NYC Metropolitan area and where my practice is located. I’m finding no difference in the incidence & severity of how this virus affects individuals who have been vaccinated v those who have not (there remain many yet unproven hypotheses as to why: vaccine efficacy is still being studied as are after-effects (long lasting symptoms or associated illnesses) being studied still in those who remain ill from the virus itself or from receiving one of many emergency approved vaccines & treatments not proven as safe in humans using traditional safety measures or clinical trials. REMEMBER that the Head of the CDC recently stated that many medical decisions made throughout the Pandemic were made through a POLITICAL lens. With that being said, it logically follows that many of us can freely say that we still question anything being told to us by some authoritative figures regarding Covid 19 especially CONTINUING TO USE EMERGENCY TREATMENTS AT THIS TIME STILL- therapeutics given emergency approval by the FDA to treat and control this virus during the height of a Pandemic when thousands were dying etc., during a medical emergency that seems to have let up. In addition to decisions regarding our health being made through a political lens, some might think of adding -made through a financially profitable lens as well.

ENOUGH!! We are talking about HEALTH. (All here is Just my opinion not to be taken as fact but based on experience.

CALLING ALL DOCTORS TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THE MEDICAL FIELD WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY BIG BUSISNESS, CORPORATIONS & VENTURE CAPITALISTS.

COVID 19 is now & perhaps always has been treatable when indicated & when caught early using less expensive and readily available safe medications & perhaps with morbidity and mortality rates that are now not so different from the seasonal flu. (again, opinion only BUT…..

My treatment recommendations have not changed since the days I began treating this virus in 2019, recognizing it as being new (Novel) and successfully treating this virus in my patients before we even heard it was identified as Covid 19. Why? My practice is in the area of the U.S. where this virus fist landed & spread so I used my knowledge as “a practicing doctor" along with a bit common sense to come up with a successful (well thought out though) treatment plan, that was devised by me without any political or financial influence whatsoever.

From what “I’m” observing in New York now as I continue to treat Covid patients on a daily basis, this virus is surging again. I see no difference in the manner in which the virus is affecting those who have been vaccinated and those who have not. This virus appears to be very contagious still but with less harm to individuals in terms of morbidity and mortality. There are many factors to be considered in terms of why individuals are not getting as sick as were those infected with this virus in the past.

This is Dr. Maloney, I’m canceling the Christmas party for the safety of all. No party 12/16 7Pm at my office. HELP US OUT & PLEASE SHARE THIS SO THAT CHILDREN & FAMILIES KNOW NOT TO GATHER THURSDAY IN LARGE CROWDS OUTSIDE MY OFFICE, FOR THEIR SAFETY. THANKS.
This morning I spoke with the Mayor, Police and Fire Depts who agree with my decision not to take the chance of spreading Covid. There's a high transmission rate of COVID-19 in Westchester County. I treating more and more "sick" Covid patients every day using Telemedicine. County Executive George Latimer just tested positive after an event. Let’s keep him in our prayers. He's had been a supporter of Saint Rita’s Free Medical Clinic & Christmas Party for years. I just contacted Senator Shelly Mayer who was also going to attend the Christmas Party Thursday. This could turn into a super spreader event as we generally have literally "thousands" of children with their parents crowding together on lines stretching for blocks who start lining up outside my office at 2PM (the party starts at 7 yes!, families line up hours before). No way can we do this. safely. I'm discussing with Village & surrounding police & fire departments of stationing people outside my office early to disperse people so that no lines form & we're thinking of a safe way to get these toys & gifts out (and we will before Christmas). Again, this party starts at 7 PM and people start lining up outside my office for it at 2 o’clock in the afternoon so I hope everyone understands the amount of people that gather (literally never less than around a thousand). As a Doctor with Covid on the rise I can't hold such a huge gathering. My priority is to safeguard the health of our community over anything else. I'll get these gifts and toys out to these families safely with the help of the hundreds of volunteers who are always ready to pitch in when I ask. I'll keep you posted. Dr M
