Spring is here—and I can feel it 🌸✨

There’s something so powerful about this moment… the spring equinox, when day and night are perfectly balanced, and Mercury finally going direct on the same day. It feels like the universe is taking a deep breath and saying: okay, now go.

For weeks, things may have felt slow, unclear, or just… off. Communication, plans, energy—it’s like we were all moving through a fog. But now? There’s momentum again. Clarity. Forward movement.

In Chinese medicine, spring is the season of growth, vision, and new beginnings. It’s the time to stretch, to expand, to finally act on what’s been building inside of you all winter.
