Holiday Wellness Workshop🎄🥂 Bubbles🥂12/10

This tasting is about connecting with our senses, which always brings you back to your body, which helps you be mindful of the present moment.

WHO'S GOING TO GUIDE US THROUGH IT?

Yasmine Hassani-Karaman, a certified WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) wine lover from Bordeaux and decade New Yorker, will help us "taste the Sparkle and feel the moment", guiding us through a selection of Sparkling Wines (festive right!?), each paired with a delicate bite chosen to highlight the character of the bubbles!

After enjoying a summer break, indulging with good food and drinks 🥂 but also being in charge of your family, you are going back into a tight routine, which generally creates tensions in your body (or adding more tensions to the existing ones).

WHY RESET NOW?

+ If your time off was not strictly restorative, skipping a body reset might put you at risk of a spike of pain where you are most sensitive to stress (neck, mid back or lower back)

+ If you indulged with rich foods or alcohol, your digestive system might be "tired" and the tensions in your gut could create a loss of mobility in your spine or shoulders (and trigger pain).

+ Lastly, your kids would benefit from a nervous system reboot to help them dive into school work more efficiently.
