"Cook To De-Stress: A Simple Appetizer Platter" is the title of this week's blog focusing on self care.
This blog reflects my go to self care activity, something that connects me to those I care for and love feeding. A social practice that connected our family with our social capital. An expression of care🤗 and ❤️ that our parents taught my sister and me.
