A former competitive runner with a love for travel, hiking, and skiing, Andrea brings a smart adventurous energy to every class. She discovered yoga in 2015 and has been sharing her passion as an instructor since 2020. Her flowy, breath-centered classes are designed to energize, restore, and reconnect. 🌿
Beyond the studio, Andrea is a P.E. teacher at our local high school, inspiring the next generation with her passion for health and movement. We’re so grateful to have her as part of the Yoga Mammoth community 🙏
