I almost forgot this was the whole point..
Not the rushing.
Not the doing more.
Not holding it all together.
The point was to feel my breath.
To notice the quiet moments.
To come back home to myself when life felt loud.
Yoga keeps reminding me that peace is a practice.
Reiki reminds me I don’t have to force it.
I just have to allow.
Even in the middle of chaos,
stillness is available.
Calm is something we can return to.
Presence is always waiting.
This is your reminder too.
Pause.
Breathe.
Remember your why.
