Meet the maker 🌿

It’s been a little while and so much has changed, so I thought I’d do a little reintroduction.

Hi, I’m Lauren.. LEO wife, mom of 2, Registered Nurse (founder of ), Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and the heart behind Blends by the Shore 🌊 I’m so grateful you’re here.

What started as a way to support my own family’s wellness turned into a passion for creating small-batch herbal teas and elderberry blends for our community right here in Manahawkin, NJ ... and now beyond.

My path was forever changed after being diagnosed with breast cancer while pregnant with my daughter in 2021. Going through treatment as both a patient and a mom completely reshaped my life ... and also deeply changed my approach to patient care, how I view health, prevention, and daily support. It taught me how powerful simple, consistent wellness habits can be.

That journey led me to crafting elderberry syrup and herbal blends for my own family… and eventually for yours. My focus is on clean ingredients, small batches, and blends that fit real life and functional wellness.
