Participants can anticipate learning about:

-The functioning of your brain and nervous system for emotional regulation.
-The impact of emotional trauma on the body.
-How trauma can alter and affect the fascia
(the connective webbing within the entire body).
-Somatic techniques designed to soothe and restore the nervous system.
-Methods for self-massage and stretching of the fascia.

Sunday, March 22nd 6-7pm
$20 per person, must pre register with the link!

Unwind and recharge with a calming blend of gentle yoga, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and soothing sound healing.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class time. Class will begin no later than 6:05pm.
Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask, or any other props for your comfort!

With spring coming around the corner, we loved the idea of “planting our seeds of intention”. During your meditation, you will be guided to cultivate 1-3 intentions of self love for 2026. Then, during your crafting time, each participant will paint their own terracotta herb pot. You will be given a packet of herb seeds to “plant your seeds of intention” with care. You will then be guided to invite your 2026 self love intentions to mind as you mindfully plant and care for your new herb pot with love!
