At Lighthouse Family Chiropractic Center, the health and wellness of our patients and employees is our first priority. We will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and are keeping an eye on the official information.
While most of us at the office are not in the high-risk population, we DO have patients who fall into that category. We are currently taking additional proactive preventative measures to protect against exposure.

What we are doing:

Our doctors wash their hands and the treatment tables before treating each patient.
We are disinfecting the office daily, including door k***s, seats, countertops etc.

What we ask you to do:

If you are sick, or feel like you may be getting sick, please do not come to the office, call us to cancel your appointment. If your children are sick, please leave them home.

Travel: If you have engaged in travel to high-risk areas or been on a cruise, please avoid the office for the recommended 7-10 days until you are confident you are not at risk.

Please continue taking proactive preventative measures in your own daily life to protect against exposure: Continue washing your hands regularly and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

Part Time Front Desk Position available immediately for busy, family oriented Chiropractic office in Manahawkin NJ. Our office is looking for an individual who is health minded, reliable, and trustworthy to join our team. Hours will be for afternoon/evening shift: 2:30pm - 6:45pm Monday-Thursday and morning shift: Tuesday, Thursday 8:45-1 and Friday’s 8:45-2pm. (Approximately 32 hrs per week).
$12.00 per hour.

**We are a smoke free office**

Job Duties Include, (but not limited to):

-Pleasant patient interaction
-Pleasant telephone skills
-Scheduling and amending appointments within online scheduler
-Insurance verification
-Accurate, detailed data entry of all patient information
-Collecting payments
-Contacting patients via telephone
-Accurate filing
-Office cleaning
-Learn and provide basic knowledge of chiropractic services, supplements and supplies

Qualifications wanted:

-Great attendance
-Prompt
-Able to work in a busy environment
-Excellent Communication skills
-Must be accurate and consistent, attention to detail is imperative
-Must be a team player
-Ability to concentrate
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
-Ability to operate office equipment including: fax/scanner/copier/printer/credit card machine and multi-line telephone system
-Previous medical/chiropractic office experience preferred.
