Owner and Nutritionist Stephanie Leonetti provides one on one support for her clients because she knows losing weight is an emotional journey that no one should have to take on alone. Stephanie Leonetti of PlaNutrition has over 13 years in the nutrition field, she earned her degree in Nutritional Science/Dietetics from Rutgers University. Stephanie is also certified as a Sports Nutritionist from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. Stephanie's custom meal plans are tailored to you. She has helped previous clients suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, celiac disease, and other medical conditions. Her goal is to help people lose the diet mentality and gain proper nutritional knowledge. As a sports nutritionist, Stephanie has helped athletes lose fat and gain muscle through specialized eating and training programs, allowing them to reach their highest potential on and off the field.
