SALMON BURGERS🐟
Packed with omega-3s, salmon is a meatless dish should definitely be in your rotation.

The dressing uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lower fat, protein-packed, incredibly tasting topping

RECIPE BELOW⬇️ At less than 90 calories each, these muffins contain no added sugar, a protein boost from nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and antioxidant power from blueberries 🫐

Ingredients
• 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions
Mix together wet ingredients, then mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the blueberries. Portion out evenly into a muffin tin.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool before removing from baking dish
