He provides evaluation and treatment for:

Our office is seeking to hire Front Desk Receptionist 25-30 hrs. Responsibilities- answering phone, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, insurance verifications. Must be fluent in English.
Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9AM - 3PM
Thursday: 3 PM - 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM (if possible)
