In truth, I’ve never met a man like my father. The joy he brings to every experience is indelible and unforgettable. His unyielding optimism has always been my bedrock. And there’s no one who “has my back” more. Simply, I’ve been quite fortunate to be his son. It was such a pleasure to celebrate his 75th birthday yesterday. Dad, wishing you the greatest of health and happiness for decades more. Happy birthday!

This pretty patient was kind enough to create and share a photo collage she created of her PRE-, and 3-week POST, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid sculpting). She’s still a bit in healing mode and we expect her incision lines to heal perfectly. We believe upper blepharoplasty is a great investment.

Another nice thing about a short-incision deep-plane facelift and temple lift is that it can be applied to patients who are seeking very modest changes to address early signs of laxity. This patient is 3-months out from her deep-plane mini lift. You can see very natural contouring but distinct changes at early signs of neck laxity, jowling, “marionette” lines, medial cheek laxity, and temple laxity. While the changes are subtle, the procedure restored the tissues to their earlier, more youthful positions. Advanced techniques only.

Loved seeing this beautiful young lady smile at her 1-year rhinoplasty visit. We addressed S-shaped crookedness, dorsal bump (with short nasal bones), dilated tip, deviated septum. No chisels, no rasps, no mallets. Advanced techniques only.

I feel honored to have received the New Jersey Monthly Select Surgeon Award for Plastic Surgery, specifically in the disciplines of facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, otoplasty (“ear pinning”), CO2 laser resurfacing, skin cancer reconstruction. Couldn’t do it without my amazing team (thanks girls) and the loyal trust our patients place in us.

Sometimes the best move is simple submental liposuction. We perform the procedure in the office. It’s fast and painless with a quick recovery. As you can see, this patient was a great candidate. Alternatively, when someone has more “global” fullness of the neck, an open procedure performed through a single incision under the chin is the best move. We call this “deep space neck contouring.” That procedure is performed in an operating room but recovery is somewhat quick.
