Inlet Yoga Community

Inlet Yoga Community Stay connected, inspired, and supported with the Inlet Yoga community — your home for workshops, events, and meaningful practice.

Inlet is built and sustained on three endeavors of service. Ultimately being the example of "We are One". Community - This is how we choose to come together and support one another's journey... Inlet Yoga's willingness to adapt to the community's needs based on the collective growth of everyone's practice is at the core of our philosophy. Whether new students want more basics classes, modifying class times, adding unique offerings (inversion classes, more restorative classes, etc) we've got you covered and want your input. Service to the broader community surrounding Inlet Yoga is in our blood. We want to show up, and we want to give back. We're currently partnering with Root to Rise, and looking at other programs to help give back to the community. Education - We work hard to connect you with the best yoga instructors New Jersey has to offer. We hope to offer you on your yogic journey, the ultimate life changing experience in teacher trainings, workshops, and intensives to support your practice.

As spring unfolds, many of us notice subtle shifts — in energy, priorities, identity, and the quiet ways life asks us to change.

Not everything that calls for care is a crisis. Sometimes we simply need space to pause, soften, and listen.

Release & Renew is a four-week Sunday series designed to offer that space.

Each session includes gentle movement, restorative practices, breathwork, and reflection to support steadiness and clarity through seasons of transition.

Guided by Jeanine Krzyzanowski, whose thoughtful and compassionate approach helps students reconnect with themselves in a way that feels sustainable.

Participants will also receive small take-home ritual pieces to support moments of rest between sessions.

We’re entering a quieter season at the studio — which makes it the perfect time to build intentionally.

This spring we’re offering The Art of Inverting, a 4-part progressive intensive focused on helping you understand how inversions actually work — from strength and shoulder stability to safe vertical loading and nervous system regulation.

Over four Saturdays we’ll move through:

Foundations & Shoulder Intelligence with Ellen
Handstand & Forearm Stand with Sandy
Headstand Refinement with Jennifer
Restorative Inversions with Allison

Each session includes strength work, a purposeful warm flow, guided inversion training, and integration.

This series is for students who are curious, thoughtful, and ready to approach inversions with more clarity.

Saturdays 11:00–12:30
March 14 – April 4

$125 for the full series
$45 drop-in

300-hour trainees are included.

Chair yoga is often misunderstood.

Many people associate it with gentle or senior-focused classes. While it can absolutely support accessibility, it is also one of the most intelligent tools we have for refining strength, improving balance, and increasing movement awareness.

This March, I’m offering a 10-hour Chair Yoga Foundations training for 200-hour teachers and dedicated students who want to deepen their understanding of movement.

In this training we will cover:
• Chair as a strength and load management tool
• How to recognize asymmetries and compensation patterns
• How to build structured chair-based classes
• How to confidently teach or sub a chair yoga class

This is not a reduction of practice. It’s a refinement.

March 7 and March 28
12:00–5:00 PM

If you’re curious about how chair yoga can elevate teaching and practice, I’d love to have you join us.

So many of us are teaching yoga in rooms that ask more of us than ever before.

Different bodies. Different life experiences. Different levels of access, health, mobility, and trust.
And often—very little time to prepare.

As teachers, we’re expected to respond in the moment…
Using the props we have.
The space we’re in.
And the students standing right in front of us.

Teaching to Different Body Types is a training for teachers actively teaching in the real world—where inclusivity, adaptability, and intelligent support aren’t optional anymore.

This 10-hour in-person module with Allison Kane is about learning how to:
• Adapt poses and class structure with confidence
• Use props as intentional tools, not afterthoughts
• Build inclusive sequences that serve a wide range of bodies
• Support students with compassion without diluting the practice

This isn’t about “special populations.”
It’s about being better equipped as teachers as our classrooms continue to evolve.

I want to share something very close to my heart.

This winter, Inlet Yoga will be offering a 4-week closed series called
Tending the Heart: A Yoga Journey — Moving with Grief.

This series is being lovingly created and led by Jeanine, alongside Katie, and it feels deeply meaningful to bring into our studio.

Jeanine and I have a long relationship through Inlet Yoga. I know her presence, her pacing, and the way she holds space — not just for bodies, but for hearts. Over this past year, her personal practice has deepened in a profound way, and from that depth, this offering has naturally emerged.

So often, when grief first arrives, we are surrounded.
And then…quietly, the world moves on.

But grief doesn’t follow that timeline.
And neither should the support.

This series was created for anyone carrying loss — whether from death, divorce, diagnosis, life change, or the quieter griefs that don’t always have language. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, aromatherapy, somatic tools, ritual, reflection, and rest, this series offers a compassionate place to soften, to feel, and to be witnessed without needing to fix anything.

You are not forgotten.
Your experience is not too late.
And you are welcome here.

🕯 Thursdays: February 5, 12, 19 & 26
🕯 6:00–7:30 PM
🕯 Inlet Yoga, Manasquan
🕯 Closed series | Registration is non-refundable

I trust that if this speaks to you — or brings someone to mind — it is worth listening.

With so much care,
Jennifer

We are honored to welcome Gerald Saluti back to Inlet Yoga for a very special two-hour workshop, Turning Obstacles into Opportunities, on January 10 from 9:30 AM–11:30 PM.

Gerald was an integral part of the Inlet community for more than ten years before stepping away from the schedule two years ago. Since then, life has shaped his practice in profound ways. After spending 55 days in the ICU and 68 days hospitalized, Gerald’s lifelong dedication to yoga, movement, breath, and meditation, became a powerful source of strength, resilience, and healing.

This workshop includes a grounding yoga flow followed by reflections from Gerald’s upcoming book, 68 Days: The Blueprint, offering insight into how life’s greatest challenges can become doorways to growth and renewal.

This is a meaningful homecoming and an opportunity to practice together in community. We hope you will join us.

This photo captures what we value most about assisting:
quiet attention, shared presence, and respect for the student’s experience.

Assisting, when done skillfully, is not about pushing or fixing. It is about helping a student feel safer in their body, understand themselves more clearly, and develop trust in their own capacity to practice.

This training is co-taught by Jennifer and Ellen Mosko and has been shaped through years of teaching, partnership, and real classroom experience. We are deeply aligned in our purpose: students should improve with practice.

At Inlet Yoga, we teach with wellness at the forefront, not performance, not entertainment. Our goal is for students to move better, breathe better, and leave with tools that support them beyond the mat.
