What a difference a year makes! Sometimes, you need to do a lot wrong, to discover what actually works. Thomas Edison failed hundreds of times before he discovered the right way to make a light bulb. Sometimes, you just got to stick with doing the right thing long enough to see results. No 90 day wonder here, right. What I will tell you, is picture 2 and 3 are from Memorial Day to just past Labor Day 2020, 3 months, 24 pounds. DNA results helped significantly, eliminating pro-inflammatory foods and drinks was next. Practically eliminating cardio was the key, focusing on weights and resistance training, and just walking, slow, enjoyable walking. Sunshine and salt air, and getting in the ocean. Let's take time to plan the work, then work the plan. We are doing a 30 day challenge, and contest, with real cash prizes! What to do this with me. I'm currently at 218 pounds, and I have a 5 pound weight loss goal for the next 30 days, very doable, without starving or overtraining, which probably caused my weight gain in 2019!
