At just 17, Joel is building his future in healthcare at UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center - thanks to a powerful partnership with Rappahannock Goodwill and Virginia Career Works–Piedmont.

Through this collaboration, Joel moved from volunteer to paid intern, gaining real‑world experience, completing his CNA certification, and exploring his dream of becoming a physician.
