Method Gym is about creating a safe, fun place for the community to come together and focus on bettering their health.💪

Our amazing Lou led some hard working teaching staff from Fannie W Fitzgerald Elementary School in some stress reducing, calorie burning Zumba after work.

😎 We're not sure who had more fun, Lou or the staff!

We at Method Gym focus on safety first.

In respect to 12/05/25 PWCS 2 hour delay, our Dale City location will not be hosting Fitkids Club or Group Fitness class during morning hours only, 9am to 12pm.

Our gym hours will operate as usual.

The gratitude season is upon us and we just wanted our Method Gym Members to know just how much we appreciate your kindness.❤️

Dale City Method Gym staff and Members collected 3 LARGE boxes FULL of non-perishable food items to share with the food bank at Fannie W Fitzgerald Elementary School in Woodbridge, VA.

❤️ I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for all the birthday love received yesterday. Thank you for thinking of me.

2025 started in my typical, stumble-lucky antics and I set my bar high to have 50 adventures as I began my 50th sun rising.

Each moment was epic and I'm glad to have the experience, the chance to grow.🙏 Excited to see 2026 unfold!

Hoping each one of you are finding that what you need most has been there with you all along and the happiest of holiday seasons to you all!
