It took me a long time to realize that I control almost all of the definitions about things in my life and if they’re not working for me, I’m allowed to change them. I’m not stuck with them.

and when you that allows you to regularly inspect all the things in your life to make sure they are working optimally for you and where you want to go. If they aren’t. YOU CAN CHANGE THEM!

Not sure the right path for process/person/life -red team it

S**t in your life not going the way you want - red team it

What does “red team it” mean? How do i make that $thing (whatever it is) give me the result that I want vs what is expected to do. Tons of spiritual magic, manifestation, mindfulness, all stems from that.
