🌬 Free Breathwork Practice Session Tomorrow, Saturday at 3:00 PM!

I’m just a couple of months away from graduating from my Breathwork Facilitation program, and as part of my training I’ll be offering free practice sessions.

This isn’t your typical “relax and breathe slowly” class — it’s an active, guided breathwork journey designed to stimulate the nervous system and help release trapped emotions and trauma stored in the body.

This process has been truly transformational for me over the past year — it’s changed how I process, heal, and live. 💫

I’m looking for 3 people to join me tomorrow at 3:00 PM to experience it for themselves.

We specialize in Thai massage and emphasize in treating our clients with the best quality products and services.

Melissa has over 20 years experience in the wellness community. Her approach focuses on healing the body as a whole. She integrates the mind, body and spirit in all her massage and bodywork sessions. Melissa specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Hot Herbal Massage and Cupping. Her Energy Work includes Reiki, Qigong, Theta Healing and IET (releasing issues in your tissues) which can be done alone or together with a massage.
