Excited to announce the launch of Red Clover Red Clover Doula Collective at Red Clover Wellness. RCDC aims to increase doula access in our community by collectively resourcing families during their labor and delivery and postpartum windows! They will also be offering meet-ups and educational opportunities! Give them a follow if you are a perinatal professional or an expecting family!

We're Red Clover Doula Collective — and we couldn't be more excited to finally say hello.

RCDC is a collective of experienced, heart-centered doulas united by a shared belief: that pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood are profound thresholds, and every family deserves dedicated, knowledgeable support as they cross them.

We believe in the power of community care. Not just one person showing up, but a collective of practitioners who know and trust each other — and who show up together for the families in our region.

We also believe in support and care our doulas need for continuing this passionate birth work. Our mission is to develop and provide opportunities for our doulas — including shared care, continued education, networking, and community engagement.

Rooted in Southern Vermont, we are building something we've been dreaming about for a while.

But don’t worry—she’s not leaving the NJ office. You’ll still see her smiling face (and expert care) in Flemington the rest of the week.

Meet the Red Clover Collective

Meet Michelle, of Sage Willow Midwifery. She is one of our dedicated midwives! Michelle brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her practice, offering homebirth, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, integrative and complementary approaches to women's health.
Before becoming a midwife and labor & delivery nurse, Michelle spent 12 years as a doula, supporting and advocating for childbearing families. Her journey included time in Portugal, where she was involved in the humanization of childbirth movement which included advocating for birth alternatives, such as doula support in labor, waterbirth, and physiologic birth. Michelle is a mother of five and has experienced a midwife-attended hospital and four home births herself.

Michelle practiced as a CNM for four years at Glens Falls Hospital, providing continuity of care, assisting in Cesarean sections, and co-managing high-risk patients. She is also studying Women's Integrative and Functional Medicine to address chronic women's health issues.
Michelle is an amazing part of our collective, and we are so glad to have her here.
