After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to take a break from teaching Zumba for now.

This wasn’t an easy decision, because Zumba has truly had such a special place in my heart. To every single person who has ever taken a class with me-thank you. Thank you for showing up, for dancing, for sweating, for laughing, for supporting me, and for bringing your energy into the room. The joy, connection, and community we built together is something I will always cherish.

Right now, I need to be honest with myself. Balancing choreography, planning classes, and bringing high energy each week alongside my full-time role as a teacher and my other responsibilities has left me feeling burnt out. I want to make sure that when I show up for anything in my life, I can give it my best, and at this moment I need to shift my focus and refill my cup.

That said, this is not goodbye to Zumba forever. It’s simply a pause. Dance will always be part of who I am, and Zumba will always hold a special place in my heart.

And who knows? You might just see me in class, this time enjoying the music and the energy right there beside you as a student. 💃

Thank you again for being part of my journey. I’m so grateful for every single one of you.
