NICOLE IS COMING BACK!! After a few years of hiatus, PFC is welcoming Nicole Bayetis back to the office for her amazing massage therapy work! She will be available Fridays from 7 am to 12 noon! Leeann will still be offering massage on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays but now we can offer Friday morning hours. Slots fill up quick cause they are both so good!!

Stemwave is blowing up in our office!! The wins are almost too many to keep up with!! Two cases of low back pain with sciatic radiating pain down a leg this week. Bending, reaching, squatting, going from sitting to standing all were awful. After just TWO treatments on both patients, focusing the Stemwave on the SI joint, got outstanding relief as both patients reported better movement and NO pain!!! That’s crazy. I mean I knew this technology was good but those kind of results are off the charts. Noninvasive, no side effects, not masking pain but rather treating the cause. It’s a no brainer! Contractor, male, 43 years old. Was referred by a Stemwave patient. 1 month of painful knee complaints. Range of motion was limited with both flexion and extension. First visit, range of motion improved by 50% when standing up from the treatment table. 2 days later returned for 2nd visit and reported 75% improvement in both pain and range of motion. Can’t wait for visit 3!! You have to come check this technology out!!

43 year old construction worker came in for knee pain and left meniscus tear. Having trouble with day to day performance. Decided to give Stemwave a try. After 1st visit, noticeable 20% improvement, treated 5 visits 90% improvement and cleared with no pain and full use. It’s that time of year ⏰ where a lot of our patients are gearing up for road races. Getting off the treadmill from winter and hitting the Vermont roads for training. 🏋️‍♀️ As awesome as that is….with that comes things like Plantar Fasciitis and Morton’s Neuroma.
So what is Morton’s Neuroma?!? It is a painful condition caused by the thickening of the nerve tissue around the nerves in the ball of the feet, often between the third abdominal fourth toes, leading to pain, numbness and tingling. We have had people describe it as having a pebble in their shoe when they walk. It’s not fun.
This week we had a female 🏃🏼‍♀️ patient in her 50’s, avid runner, training for an upcoming 1/2 marathon 🥇 that has been sidelined by this foot pain. 🦶 ⚡️
She was treated with Stemwave (shockwave technology) last year for IT band and hip pain and had huge success. So we brought her back in for the foot pain. After just ONE 👀 treatment, at least 60% improvement in pain levels and back on the road training. We will see her for the treatment plan of 8-10 visits to clear the inflammation and stimulate healing, reduce pain and breakdown some of that scar tissue.
We couldn’t be happier to deliver these results for her!!
