Over the past week I’ve shared a bit about my work as a therapist and yoga teacher…

Another part of what I do is clinical supervision.

I’m an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and I take that role seriously.

Supervision with me isn’t just about getting your hours.
It’s about learning how to really see what’s happening in the room—
with your clients, and within yourself.

We pay attention to patterns, emotional process, and the moments that are easy to miss when you’re still finding your footing.

I draw from EFT/EFIT, systems work, trauma-informed approaches, and parts work…
but more than anything, I help you slow things down and make sense of the work in a deeper way.

I’ll support you—but I’ll also challenge you when it matters.

Because this work asks something of us.

If you’re looking for supervision that is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in real clinical growth, we’d likely be a good fit.

When people ask how I “do therapy”… it’s not just one thing.
My work is rooted in understanding patterns—especially the ones that show up in relationships.

The ones that leave you feeling stuck, reactive, disconnected… or like you keep ending up in the same place no matter how hard you try.

I’m trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT/EFIT), which means we pay attention to what’s happening underneath the surface—emotionally and relationally.

I also integrate parts work (IFS-informed),
trauma work including EMDR,
and a systems lens…
because none of us exist in a vacuum, and our experiences don’t just live in our thoughts—they live in our bodies too.

But honestly, what that looks like in the room is less about techniques and more about this:

slowing things down
making sense of what you’re feeling
and helping you respond to yourself (and others) differently

We go at a pace your nervous system can actually handle.
Because insight is helpful…

but real change happens when it’s felt, not just understood.

Something I see all the time…

People understand their patterns… but still feel stuck.

Not because they’re not trying hard enough,
But because their nervous system is just tired of holding so much.

That’s part of why I teach yoga.

Not as a workout but as a way to help your body slow down and actually feel different.

My classes are slower, intentional and focused on regulation- not performance.

A place to breathe.
To settle.
To come back to yourself.

I also weave in breathwork, mindfulness and subtle Reiki-informed energy work… in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

There are quite a few new faces here… and a lot of you who have been quietly following along for a while.

So I figured it’s a good chance to reintroduce myself.

I’m a therapist and a yoga teacher and my work is really about helping people understand themselves in a deeper, more honest way.

The people I see aren’t “broken”… they’re overwhelmed, stuck in patterns and carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone.

And underneath that there’s usually something that hasn’t been fully seen, felt or understood yet.

That’s the work we do.

In therapy I’m not just listening-I’m helping you slow things down enough to actually make sense of what’s happening inside of you… and begin to shift it.

In yoga,I’m creating space for you to come back into your body in a way that feels safe, grounded and real.

No pressure to perform or expectation to be anyone other than who you are.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or just not quite like yourself lately… you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself 🤍

This week I’ll be sharing more about how I work and what I have to offer.

Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop
A 2-Day Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Intensive

What happens when the person you love most becomes the person you feel most distant from?

Even strong couples get stuck. The same arguments replay. One partner pursues, the other shuts down. Resentments quietly build. Or maybe nothing dramatic is happening, just a slow drift into parallel lives.

Hold Me Tight® is a two-day immersive workshop designed to help couples reconnect at the emotional level, where lasting change actually happens.

Grounded in the research of Dr. Sue Johnson and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), this experience helps you:

• Understand the negative cycles that keep you stuck

• De-escalate recurring conflict

• Access the deeper emotions underneath anger, shutdown, or defensiveness

• Share attachment needs in a way your partner can truly hear

• Rebuild trust and emotional safety

• Strengthen intimacy and connection

This workshop is not about learning communication tricks. It’s about transforming the emotional bond 🤍

Additional details : The cost is $900 per couple, includes lunch both days and a 90 minute 1:1 follow up session with Colleen
