Kicking off our 2026 Employee of the Month Program with our January Employee of the Month, Mike Robinson!!! Mike has been a valued member of our Dining Services Team for over 18 years. Without a doubt, Mike treats our residents like family - often seen visiting residents after work to spend time with them - our residents will share that he's thoughtful, caring, helpful and kind. Mike is a very private person so we couldn't get a photo of him so we made a "Mike" 💖

We can't finish ringing in the new year without congratulating and celebrating our final Employee of the Month of 2025, Kailee LaFerriere, LNA!! Kailee has been a ray of sunshine ☀️since joining our HH family.
