🔥 We all have habits that are holding us back on our wellness journey—late-night snacking, skipping workouts, negative self-talk, inconsistent routines. But here’s the truth: those habits didn’t just show up overnight… and they won’t disappear overnight either. What will change them is intentional, consistent strategy.

🔥 Here are key strategies to start breaking bad habits for GOOD:

👉 1. Bring awareness first
You can’t change what you don’t acknowledge. Pay attention to your triggers—time of day, stress, environment, emotions.

👉 2. Replace, don’t remove
Bad habits leave a gap when you eliminate them. Fill that gap with a better habit (walk instead of scroll, water instead of soda, protein snack instead of mindless eating).

👉 3. Make it harder to fail
