My name is Suzanna and I am a 200RYT Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. I started teaching yoga because my husband is a fully disabled Iraq war veteran and I was just looking for a way to help him deal with his chronic pain. Along the way I fell in love with yoga and the physical and mental benefits of the practice. I currently teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative and yin, prenatal, and beginner acro yoga classes. Below is a list of where I am currently teaching, or you can reach out to me if you have an interest in a private class for a group or a person. I am newer to the area and I forward to expanding the interest in yoga and the benefits it has to the local community. Current Class Schedule:

Monday @ 5:00pm- vinyasa flow- fast pace and fun! Monday @ 7:00pm- Yin Yoga- deep stretching with a focus on gaining flexibility at fitness Manchester
Thursday @ 9:00am- Vinyasa Flow- Fast pace energizing flow to start your day

Pricing-
Classes are $10 drop in or $80 for a 10 pack
Current Crossfit Members are $6drop in or $40 for a 10 pack
