Evergreen Place Evergreen Place is an historic senior assisted living home located in Manchester’s North End.

Evergreen Place is a supported Residential Health Care Community that provides many services to elderly residents who can no longer live alone. We have trained/licensed staff, home cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities and much more to help individuals maintain their quality of life.
