Even in the Holiday chaos I am still busy planning things. I will be announcing my 2026 mobile massage schedule in addition to my teaching schedule for teaching a variety of self care classes. Be on the look out!

So I realized I haven't posted in a long while;

Life has been busy the last several months, especially now the school year is in full swing. I've personally been going through some changes including some health related changes that's making me step back and think about what I would like to accomplish in one, five, and ten years.

I'm not going to reveal much at this time, but you'll see much to come.
