Winter has a way of testing routines and slowing people down. We don’t want the weather to derail your progress, so we’re making it easier than ever to stay consistent.
On Snow Days you now have 2 options:
✅ Come into the studio if you’re comfortable
or
✅ Switch your appointment to a 50-minute Google Meet Session
No backup plan. No watered-down session. Same length + same value.
Your session can include:
• Guided stretch + mobility
• Strength or activation work at home
• Pantry or cabinet clean-out
• Nutrition coaching
• Home workout setup using what you already have
• Goal setting + progress check-ins
• Sleep/hydration/recovery tips
• Weekly habit planning
• Posture and pain-point mobility
We’re happy to have a mix of in-person and virtual throughout the day. The goal is simple: keep your consistency strong through the winter months.
🧤 And yes—our Momentum & Consistency Challenge will run EVERY MONTH this winter!
Snow Day Sessions earn an extra entry because showing up on tough days matters.
If you don’t want to drive OR do a virtual session, please still follow our 24-hour cancellation policy. Storms are almost always predicted in advance, and every appointment matters for our small business and our team.
Winter doesn’t get to slow your progress.
