This is heartbreaking news! Bonfire was our downstairs neighbor at our old studio. As you know our old space was under construction and pipes burst causing a massive mess to Bonfire. Pat and his crew are extremely kind and giving individuals. Please go support them on Sunday at their Santa pet photos, all money will be going to support their staff who are now unemployed 2 weeks before Christmas.

We are so pumped to launch our new 6 week program!
Join Ashley M every Thursday at 5:30pm for our Six Weeks to Strength series! Staring January 8th!

💪🏻This 6-week Strength Series is designed to help members feel stronger, more powerful, and confident as they enter the new year. Each week builds on the last, increasing intensity, resistance, and challenge while keeping movements accessible for all levels.
💪🏻 There is no additional cost, use your membership to sign up for class. No package or membership? You can drop in or sign up for a pass anytime!
💪🏻 This series will build week to week, which makes it perfect to drop in for one week or skip a week if needed. It’s not mandatory to participate each week, all classes will be great as a one off as usual.
💪🏻 Goal: Build progressive, measurable strength and endurance while keeping Barre Life’s signature sculpting and mindful movement approach.

Huge thank you to Eliza from Kick-It for leading such an inspiring instructor training today! She helped us step into our power, trust our voice, and reconnect with why we do what we do.

We talked about our “why,” but we also talked about our community, this beautiful, welcoming space we have all created that feels unlike anywhere else.

Barre Life is different because you make it different. Your kindness, your passion, your support for one another… it’s truly something special.

Thank you, Eliza, for inspiring us. And thank you to my incredible instructors for pouring your hearts into this studio every single day. I’m endlessly grateful for you. 💗

Showing some love to our Barre Life team this week! We wouldn’t be the studio we are without them and we are so THANKFUL for each and every one of our talented instructors!
Next up… Ashley!

✨Ashley has been teaching yoga for 4 years & barre + pilates for 3

✨Her favorite move: oil riggers

✨ Ashley’s favorite thing about the studio: the community. Everyone is so inclusive and she’s made life long friends at BarreLife

✨Outside of teaching she usually spends her day talking to plants or reading books. She works for an interior landscape design company and absolutely loves it!

✨Her goal is to read 300 books in 2025. I am currently at 284 😆 (You can do it Ashley!)

✨She has a 3lb Chihuahua named Juicy Couture

Members say “I really enjoyed strength with Ashley M. She gives great cues and great modifications to help make sure you are doing the set correctly. I can’t wait to go again. I’m hoping to pair it with the restorative candlelight yoga after.”

✨Catch Ashley on Thursday nights, 5:30pm Strength & 6:30pm Candlelight Yoga. Sunday Strength at 9am.

It’s officially December, and our first snowstorm is on the way tomorrow! A quick reminder that we follow the Manchester School District’s snow policy: if school is cancelled, we will be closed as well. If the storm rolls in during the afternoon or evening, we’ll make decisions as conditions develop—always keeping the safety of our members and instructors as our top priority.
