One year ago we held our first class in the new studio! It was a very long road to get where we are, but we made it and it’s better than we could have imagined!

This past year has been a reminder that the most beautiful things are built slowly, through trust, hard work, and a whole lot of heart.

Now this space holds laughter, strength, growth, and so many moments that mean everything.

Thank you for being part of something so special.
We truly couldn’t have done this without you. Looking forward to all the fun we will have together in the many years to come!

No amount of photos or words could explain how amazing today was! A huge thank you to Hailey from for having this vision and helping to make it a reality! and are dream vendors to work with. The most delicious coffee, matcha, açaí bowls, avocado toast, and lemon blueberry muffins! We were spoiled to say the least, thank you ladies! Supporting women owned business is kinda our jam! 💗
A special shoutout to everyone who attended class! We had some familiar faces and met some new friends! Our studio is always open to you weather it’s your first class our you’ve taken some time away. Thank you for celebrating our one year at the studio! Maria, thank you for such a sweet, heartfelt toast! We are so lucky to be surrounded by the BEST members 💗

We’re celebrating ONE YEAR in our studio space, and of course, we’re making a full day of it.

Please join us in officially welcoming Mandy to the team!
Mandy will be leading our 12pm barre classes every Wednesday and Friday! Starting this week, go sign up 🙌

🌟 Mandy has always been a very active person. Growing up she was very involved in sports. She is an avid runner and has participated in many marathons. She took her first barre class a few years ago and was hooked. She loved the results of the workout and the sense of family at Barre Life.
Mandy is certified with Barre Above and Barre Intensity!
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two boys play baseball and basketball. In her spare time she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, being outdoors and going for long runs.
