Lindsey Ante – Director of Clinical Services
Leticia Timmerman – Director of Community Engagement

Lindsey brings a wealth of experience with her extensive nursing background and many years of dedicated service at The Meadows. Her deep understanding of the assisted living environment and her expertise make her an invaluable resource. In this new role, Lindsey will continue to leverage her skills through teaching, training, and ensuring our program upholds regulatory compliance and the exceptional quality of care The Meadows is known for.

Leticia has been a cornerstone of our team for over a decade. Before joining The Meadows, she gained significant experience in other healthcare administrative roles, which has served her well in her current role. While she will continue planning and organizing recreation, outings, and events for Assisted and Independent Living, Leticia will now also oversee our caregiving team, manage the waiting list, coordinate new admissions, and engage with prospective tenants and families.

With Lindsey and Leticia stepping into these leadership roles, The Meadows is positioned for continued excellence and future growth. We are confident their vision and dedication will strengthen our community and enhance the experience for all who call The Meadows home.

🫶Welcome, Kristin – Director of Care Coordination!

We are thrilled to welcome Kristin as the Director of Care Coordination at GNS!

In this role, Kristin will oversee the flow and continuity of care across our campus, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for a resident-centered care approach.

Kristin’s roots are in long-term care, and after exploring other avenues, she is excited to return to the industry she loves. She graduated from Mt. Mercy University with a degree in Social Work and is proud to be an alumna of the North Linn Lynx!

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, being outdoors, singing, and listening to music. She looks forward to building lasting connections with staff and residents, sharing her knowledge and experiences, and helping us continue to provide top-notch service to our community.
