Our campus offers, a rejuvenating rehabilitation to home program, a tranquil independent living neighborhood, an assisted living community, a state of the art memory care neighborhood, a stimulating long term care community, and a quiet, comforting hospice neighborhood. Located on the beautiful east side of Manchester, IA, peace and tranquility are a part of the fabric of Good Neighbor Society. In our communities and neighborhoods, we offer nursing services 24 hours a day to provide you and your family with peace of mind.

🎄✨ Our first bus trip was a success! ✨🎄

Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this experience run so smoothly. The volunteers, recreation staff, cnas, nurses, bus drivers and RTA company are all rockstars!
The residents were absolutely elated to get out, enjoy a ride, and take in the beautiful Christmas lights. What a wonderful way to celebrate the season! ❤️🚌

We had such a wonderful time at the Annual Manchester Window Walk! ❄️🎄

GNS Frosty loved greeting all the kiddos in the igloo ⛄️🧊 and showing off our festively decorated Christmas Mercedes van! 🚐✨

It was truly heartwarming to see so many smiles and to feel the joy this season brings to our community. ❤️😊
