Meet Alissa 💙 Registered Nurse

When compassion and skill collide, it’s a beautiful thing — and that’s exactly what you’ll find in Alissa.

For the past 12 years, Alissa has faithfully served as a Charge Nurse with GNS. During that time, she has been instrumental in shaping processes, training team members, and helping cultivate our culture of Compassionate Christian Care. Her steady leadership and thoughtful presence make a lasting impact on both residents and staff.

Alissa’s reserved personality is one of her greatest strengths. It allows her to truly listen, deeply understand, and care for the holistic needs of those at the bedside — whether offering comfort or navigating complex diagnoses with confidence and grace.

When she’s not serving in her many nursing roles at GNS, Alissa stays busy cheering on her three kids in their activities and enjoying quality time with her husband and family.
