The team at Conway School District SAU9 recently hosted a Mighty Milk event — and a few lucky students found the special Mighty Milk sticker on their milk cartons and won a special prize! 🎉

To make the day even more memorable, Brie the Cow found her way to the lunch line, cheering students on and celebrating the power of milk and healthy choices. 💪✨

Rich, savory, and full of flavor, this stuffing is sure to become a family favorite!

Brioche Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients:
2 lbs Pork Sausage, no casing
8 tbsp Salted Butter
3 Large Eggs
3 cups Chicken Stock
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Sage, chopped
6 stalks Celery, chopped
2 Large Onions, chopped
8 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 loaves Brioche Bread, cut into one-inch cubes
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375, grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted add sausage and cook until brown and no longer pink, about 8 mins.
3. Add in celery and onion, cook until softened.
4. Add garlic and sage, cook for about l min longer.
5. In a medium bowl beat together eggs, chicken stock, parsley, salt and pepper.
6. In the same pot combine the bread cubes and sausage mixture.
7. Poor the liquid over the bread and mix.
8. Transfer stuffing into baking dish. Bake for 40 mins covered, uncover and bake for additional 15 mins and serve.

Comfort food meets classic Italian flavors in this deliciously satisfying dish.

Recipe: Italian-Inspired: Stuffed Shells with Spinach & Ricotta

Ingredients

20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbs of fresh cooked chopped garlic

2 cups fresh chopped spinach

1/4 cup parmesan I prefer pecorino ramono

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 cups marinara sauce (with chopped tomatoes for texture)

Directions

1. Mix olive oil, orange zest, herbs, salt and pepper into a paste.

2. Rub over the turkey breast and roast at 375 for 60-90 minutes, internal temperature should be 165.

3. Rest, slice, and serve with remaining juice from the pan. Serve with your harvest salad dressed with Honey Apple Vinaigrette.

4. Mix ricotta, spinach, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic and seasoning. Stuff into shells.

5. Spread sauce in a baking dish, arrange shells, top with more sauce.

6. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 mins. Garnish with basil and red pepper flakes.
