About Ofemz
Ofemz Home Healthcare Agency LLC is a growing home healthcare agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative who will also support daily office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Promote Ofemz services to hospitals, clinics, and community organizations
• Identify new business opportunities
• Assist with office operations, including client and staff scheduling
• Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, and office staff
• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and presentations
• Represent Ofemz professionally in the community
• Support agency growth initiatives

Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or office coordination preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
• Available to start immediately

Job Title: Part-Time Registered Nurse (Per Visit)
Location: Concord, Manchester, Pembroke, Nashua & Surrounding Areas

Ofemz Home Healthcare Agency is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This is a per visit position, providing quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes across Concord, Manchester, Pembroke, Nashua, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families on health care management

Requirements:
• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
