Here is a little something (okay, an hour’s worth of something) to check out about Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund’s The Wall That Heals, as produced by locals in Manchester CT!
Sgt Amaro did an amazing job with this and really captured some lovely moments.

The 2026 schedule is live and The Wall That Heals will be coming to Putnam CT in Sept. I have 4 sites for the upcoming year plus the In Memory: Ceremony in June. But if you can get to see it, volunteer, or support in any fashion, please do!

Learning is easier when we can use some humour… a little laugh to give the brain a break while new info is piling in….
While demonstrating this assist (to deepen the posture) for the YTT students, they came up with the nickname ‘the proposal’ for this move… because as i added some weight to my forearm and dorsiflexed Sushma’s toes to her nose, she smiled and said ‘marry me!’
The laughter was immediate and contagious. And it was a move almost everyone practiced over the weekend. And hammies all throughout the studio were stretched and happy!

Aren’t these shells such lovely colours!!!!!
Our chicks at Veterans Base Camp lay beautiful eggs that i can make into egg salad and deviled eggs for the vets on-site.
It has inspired a fundraiser idea…. Best Deviled Egg contest…. Like a chili cook off but tastier 😁😉
