May your Xmas Eve and Christmas Day be blessed…. However you choose to celebrate or not.

And for those who are struggling, for any reason, over these few weeks, you are not alone. While many celebrate and find joy amongst families, many cannot travel, or do not have ‘happy families’ with which to celebrate.

And there are military, first responders, medical staff, tsa/travel staff and many other essential workers who are away from loved ones so that millions may be amongst those they love. I appreciate their sacrifice and their loved ones’ understanding.

Finished off the A&P class with Samadhi Yoga Studio’s 200-hr YTT today!!!! These students were so great… involved, inquisitive, engaged, and interested! Can’t ask for much more as an instructor 😁

Deep appreciation to Sushma & Amy for including me in the training and to Maria for her support at the studio. Onwards to February and the assisting workshop!!!!!
