Our weekly meditation group is a welcoming space for all levels—whether you’re brand new and want to learn the basics, or you already have a practice and are looking for consistency and community. Practicing in a group can deepen focus, build accountability, and help you feel more grounded week to week.
Each session includes guided meditation, simple techniques you can use at home, and space to slow down and reconnect.
