Every feeling that rises up — even the uncomfortable ones — is trying to tell you something important.

Instead of seeing emotions as something to push down or “fix,” think of them as signals from your nervous system. They show you where your needs aren’t being met, where your boundaries feel crossed, or where something in your life is calling for attention or change.

When you get curious about what an emotion is pointing to, you build self-awareness, reduce reactivity, and strengthen your mental health.
