Big news for Sacred Moon. 🌙

Sacred Moon Academy is officially Yoga Alliance Accredited.

This wasn’t just a box to check for us.
It was a commitment to integrity, safety, and the depth of the work we teach.

Yoga Alliance accreditation means our training programs meet international standards for education, ethics, and professional training. It required submitting our curriculum, outlining our teaching hours, mentorship structure, and demonstrating our commitment to trauma-informed facilitation and responsible leadership.

For us, this matters deeply.

In a world where someone can take a weekend course and suddenly start leading powerful spaces, we believe facilitators should be trained, mentored, and held to a higher standard.

This accreditation reflects what we’ve always stood for:

✨ practitioners who are truly prepared to hold space

We created Sacred Moon Academy to raise the bar in this industry, and becoming a Yoga Alliance accredited school is a huge step in that mission.

At Sacred Moon we offer sliding scale pricing because we believe practices like breathwork, sound healing, movement, and nervous system regulation are medicine, and medicine should be accessible.

Life moves in seasons.

Women’s Circles Are Powerful.

Friendship has always been our glue.

You didn’t find this by accident.

There are moments in life when something quietly calls your name.
Not loudly. Not forcefully.

This day retreat is one of those moments.

For one full day, you get to step out of the roles, the responsibilities, the noise—and step back into yourself.
Into your breath.
Into your body.
Into the parts of you that have been waiting to be felt, heard, remembered.

This isn’t just another wellness event.
This is a reset for your nervous system.
A homecoming for your heart.
A space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or hold it all together.

You will be guided through powerful breathwork that moves what’s been stuck.
You’ll be held in sound that reaches places words never could.
You’ll sit in community with people who, just like you, are craving depth over distraction, presence over perfection, truth over small talk.

Expect to laugh.
Expect to feel.
Expect to soften in ways you didn’t know you needed.

You don’t need to be “good at this.”
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to come healed, calm, or figured out.

You just need to come as you are.

By the end of this day you will leave lighter, clearer, more connected to yourself—and reminded that healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be supported. It can be sacred. It can even be beautiful.

Spaces are intentionally limited because this work is intimate.
And every time we hold this container, it fills with the exact souls meant to be there.

We dreamed something inside our minds and then watched it become real in our hands. That still blows me away. Aspen and I have been holding this vision of Sacred Moon Academy for 6 years — a place, a community, a training that didn’t just teach skills, but changed lives. And doing this work is not easy. It asks everything of you. It asks you to grow, to fail, to try again, to trust when nothing makes sense.

But weekends like this remind us none of it was by mistake.
Every lesson.
Every breakdown.
Every closed door.
Every “not yet.”

It was all leading us toward this.

This weekend was proof. Proof that the dream was bigger than we even knew. And now we’re not only launching Sacred Moon Academy in person 🌙we’re birthing a full online school, with short courses, deep trainings, and a community that connects our in-person students with souls all over the world.

Every path led us here.

What we want is simple:
to teach you,
to guide you back into your power,
to help you shine so bright you remember who you’ve always been.

We’ll be your cheerleaders.
Your mirrors.
Your safe place.
And we’ll make it fun, relatable, real, and deeply human. You won’t just leave with knowledge — you’ll leave feeling like family.

This is the dream made tangible.
And we’re only getting started.

This has become one of my favorite offerings to hold 🤍
This class is a living bridge between ancient wisdom and the inner healer that already lives inside of you.

Each point speaks a language older than words—calming the nervous system, releasing grief, softening fear, inviting courage, restoring the organs, and reminding the heart how to feel safe again. I always pause in deep gratitude for the acupuncturists who made it possible for us to share this medicine and for the lineages that trusted the body to heal.

Inhale into Shen Men – “Spirit Gate” – and feel the mind soften.
Exhale into the Kidney point – and remember your courage.
Breathe through the Liver point – and let anger become movement.
Into the Lung – and release what you’ve been holding since you were small.
Into the Sympathetic point – and let the body remember peace.

And as the sound begins, the bowls and gong move where words cannot. The vibration enters you at a cellular level, washing through bone and blood, reorganizing what has been tense for years. You are not “doing” anything you are receiving. Slowing down enough to be held by frequency, by breath, by intention.

This class is not just relaxation.
A homecoming to the part of you that knows how to heal.
