This massage is reccomended for people who have an area of chronic/acute discomfort) Note: deep tissue massage uses strong pressue and your muscles may feel tender later that day or the following day but it should NEVER hurt!!! HOT STONE (a massage incorporating hot basalt stones. This massage exfoliates the skin, generates heat, improves circulation, induces deep relaxation and provides a massage that works deeper tissue without deep pressure)

PERINATAL (prenatal/postnatal massage relieves tension buildup in pregnant women or women who have recently given birth. The intention of this massage is to alleviate the areas of the body that endure stress during pregnancy and childbirth)

SWEDISH (a very relaxing massage that reduces tension and promotes circulation, leaving the body feeling "lighter" and rejuvenated. Long strokes are used along with kneading, friction, vibration and tapotement/drumming) This is a great choice for first time clients!!! Body wraps and scrubs are also available upon request!!!
