When Dictionary.com announced its Word of 2025 was not a word, but rather 67 (say it like this - six-seven - if you aren't in the know), we expect teachers and parents in the orbit of school-aged children and teens let out a collective groan. But Word of the Year isn't just for Dictionary.com, or Webster's or even Oxford.

One word that guides how you show up, grow, and move through challenges. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just intention. A word to return to when life gets noisy. If you had one word to focus on for personal growth this year, what would it be?
