Starting Monday, release stress and calm your mind with the Relaxation Breathing Challenge featured in your Wellness Portal. To get started login to your myCigna account and navigate to the Good For You! Well-Being Program under the Wellness Menu. Click on the “Challenges” tab and click “Join a Challenge.” Click the “Preview Now” button to learn more about this month’s challenge, or simply click “Join Now.” Check out the “Tips for Success” tab for some guidance on effective deep breathing exercises to try throughout the Challenge.
