The new year began with double the joy at Elliot Hospital as two beautiful baby girls arrived just one minute apart.
Eliana Mae Prescott was born at 1:46 a.m. and is pictured with proud parents Chuck and Jolene of Salem.
Lilia Stephanie Sacharuk was born at 1:47 a.m. to parents Chris and Mercedes of Goffstown (pictured).
It was a heartwarming beginning to 2026! Congratulations to both families as they enjoy this special birthday with their New Year’s blessings.

If you’ve visited the Elliot Hospital campus recently, you may have noticed the Skywalk connecting the parking garage to the main hospital looks a bit more festive. We decided to dress up the Skywalk for the holidays through the first ever Window Wonderland Painting event. We are sure you will agree the creativity and talent on display by our departments is incredible!
A huge thank‑you to everyone who shared their time and talent to decorate a window area. The designs have brought hundreds of smiles and immense joy to patients, visitors, and colleagues this holiday season.
And congratulations to our winners — Elliot Cardiac Testing (Overall Winner) and the Intensive Care Unit (CEO’s Choice). The winning departments will be awarded a pizza party next year.

A heartfelt thank‑you to everyone who made this year's inaugural Evergreens for Elliot event such a success. Your generosity helps The Elliot VNA continue to provide exceptional hospice care to families across our region.
The Elliot VNA was pleased to host their Inaugural Evergreens for Elliot in early December. This special fundraiser and celebration raised over $17,945 in support of the 5 Star hospice care provided by the devoted staff of The Elliot VNA. Thank you to our event sponsors and those who donated trees, wreaths, and precious time; what a wonderful start as we look to grow this event year after year. Thank you for standing with The Elliot VNA Hospice program, and for helping us bring light, comfort, and hope to those who need it most.

Congratulations to Suzette Gonzalez Marti, Elliot Health Sytem’s Team Member of the Month (July 2025)! Suzette is an Admissions Registrar who joined Elliot Health System almost four years ago.
She is described as someone who consistently displays a positive attitude with anyone she interacts with. With her work area being in the main lobby of the hospital, she is a friendly face that patients, family members, and colleagues see and can rely on. When Suzette sees a patient or family member acting a little confused, she will greet them and if needed she will es**rt them to their destination herself. This act of service shows compassion and helps make the patient or family member feel at ease.
Her nominators say, “Suzette provides smiles ALL DAY LONG, she truly enjoys her position and it shows in her pleasant demeanor displayed with her interactions. Not to mention her productivity is outstanding; she helps out a few other areas regularly to keep herself busy.”
Additionally, Suzette has been asked to learn new things on a regular basis over the past year, making her more of a valuable asset to Elliot Health System. Many departments call Suzette’s extension directly as she has quickly become the department’s expert and shares her newfound knowledge with her colleagues. She has also trained Admissions Department team members.
Congratulations, Suzette! Thank you for all you do to serve and support our patients and all members of the Elliot Health System family!
