A new offering at WHY, a Slow Flow guided by me on Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm. This will be an All-Levels practice heated to 75-80 degrees in Studio A with a live stream option. Slow Flow will include longer holds in poses to arrive fully and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment. We will move through a “classic Kelly class” with assists, variations of familiar poses, core, opportunity for silence, and connection.

Hi Friends, I have recently begun to work with this organization. Among many things they provide massage therapy at no cost to kiddos undergoing cancer treatment. Touch is essential to all humans, non-clinical touch is especially important when undergoing cancer treatment. Like many organizations they are greatly impacted by cuts to grant programs. Please share, I am working with a local kiddo. Your support has an immediate local impact.

Delivering joy, comfort, and quality of life to children with cancer and their families.

Middletown, CT - Beginning I - April 25 - 28, 2025

There has never been a better time to become an SEP. With the need for nervous system regulation, now is the essential time to begin your SEP™ journey.
Somatic Experiencing® aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient.
This four-day Beginning I training module is the first of eight modules constituting the Somatic Experiencing Professional Training and is open to those enrolling for the full Somatic Experiencing Practitioner certificate program.

I’m looking forward to sharing the “quiet practice” with everyone attending. Together we will deepen our relationship with ourselves, cultivate interoception and expand our capacity. The teacher training community at WHY is beautiful and training together further strengthens our community.
