This is what a regular practice can do.
It's a photo of husband's grandmother. She is in her 90's. In fact, tonight we are going to be focusing on stretching and strengthening the deep connective tissue of the upper body to help increase flexibility and create ease. If you attend, take mental notes so that you can incorporate some of the poses into your daily life. Yin Yoga begins 6:30pm. I hope to see you there!

Hey, it's Jessica Labbe. My visit to New Hampshire is coming to an end soon. My yoga home since I've been back is SoNew Yoga in Merrimack. What are you doing this evening. I'd love to relax with you before we hit the road again!
