Welcome to Whole Body Acupuncture! A place where your health comes first. Acupuncture is an age old healing modality, which utilizes placing very thin sterile single use needles into specific points on the body. These points stimulate the central nervous system and the theory behind them is based off of how the internal organs work with relation to each other and to the rest of the body. There is

no separation from the internal organs to the external bones and skin, so when manipulation is done on the outside, things are changed on the inside. Due to this, acupuncture can affect any part of the body internally and externally. Along with acupuncture a variety of other adjunctive techniques are also utilized when necessary such as cupping, moxabustion, guasha, plum blossom, red light therapy, tuina (chinese massage) and electro acupuncture.

Acupuncture is an age old healing modality that manipulates the electrical circuitry of the human body to increase blood flow to where it’s needed the most. Pain and discomfort are forms of stuck blood or not enough blood, acupuncture manipulates the currents of the body to help the body send blood to those areas. Acupuncture is one of the main modalities of therapy in Chinese medicine, but there are also adjunctive therapies that can be utilized to go the extra mile if acupuncture doesn’t cut it. The adjunctive therapies are cupping, moxabustion, guasha, plum blossom and electro acupuncture. Here at Pan Soma I do what is right for you. No two people are alike and neither is their pain. I take the time to figure out whats best for you and together we increase your quality of life as best as we can.
