Every day, you’re supporting someone through one of the hardest seasons they’ve ever faced medically, emotionally, and clinically. You’re leading 4–5 groups that spark breakthroughs, using 12-Step work, DBT, CBT, Seeking Safety, and real human connection to help people find clarity, hope, and direction again. This spring in Keene, Live Free is launching a brand-new Primary Mental Health Inpatient Program—and we’re looking for the right people to build it with us.

This isn’t your typical facility.

-Fully renovated, thoughtfully designed environment
-Brand-new furnishings that reflect dignity and healing
-In-network with ALL payers — because access to care shouldn’t be limited by insurance
-Built with intention — smaller census, more connection, better outcomes

We believe something simple but powerful.

We’re Hiring:
-Clinical Program Director
-Master level clinicians (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
-Nursing 1st and 2nd shift
-Case Managers
-Behavioral Health Technicians
-Group Facilitators
-Experiential, Holistic, and Fitness Professionals from the community to work fee for service.

I don’t think people realize just how many are struggling right now.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout… it’s everywhere and a lot of people are fighting it quietly.

That’s why this matters so much to me.

Live Free is opening a new Primary Mental Health Inpatient Program in Keene, NH this spring.

The building is ready.
Licensed.
In-network.

But the reality is the people make the program.

We’re looking for master’s level clinicians (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.) who want to be part of something meaningful and help people actually get better.

Our Story

Live Free Structured Sober Living is located in Manchester New Hampshire. The Mission of Live Free is to help men recover from chronic drug and alcohol addiction through the actions of the 12 steps as well as a individualized, dynamic, and unique life skills approach to motivate change in all areas of guests lives. To help them restore their self-confidence and sense of purpose, as well as reestablish healthy connections with family and the greater community. We look to be a bridge to individuals coming from treatment to moving towards independent living.
