At Live Free we use a client centered approach to individualize client’s treatment. We offer a variety of services to our clients and families.

Those services are Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program(IOP), Outpatient(OP), Structured Sober Living, Alumni Services.

Live Free Structured Sober Living is located in Manchester New Hampshire. The Mission of Live Free is to help men recover from chronic drug and alcohol addiction through the actions of the 12 steps as well as a individualized, dynamic, and unique life skills approach to motivate change in all areas of guests lives. To help them restore their self-confidence and sense of purpose, as well as reestablish healthy connections with family and the greater community. We look to be a bridge to individuals coming from treatment to moving towards independent living.
