What if your hair isn’t the problem, but the messenger?
If you’ve been noticing changes in your hair and quietly telling yourself, “I’ll deal with it later,” you’re not alone.
So many women I work with didn’t wake up one day and suddenly lose their hair. It happened slowly with a little more shedding here, a little less fullness there, often during seasons of stress, hormonal shifts, or simply putting everyone else first.
What makes it harder is being told everything looks “normal,” even when you know something feels off.
Hair loss is rarely the first thing to change. It’s often the last signal your body sends.
If this sounds familiar, please know there is a way to understand what your body is asking for and support it gently, intentionally, and from the inside out.
You don’t have to carry this quietly anymore.
