Absolutely Disgusted with Toshiba
Do not buy a Toshiba!! The Toshiba Satellite has a known and well documented Physical Defect, the hinges are weak and can break, because the hinge is next to the charging port this can cause secondary damage to the charging port. I just got off the phone with Toshiba Customer service and finally the Third employee I spoke with agreed to have the laptop shipped to the companys service center where they will determine IF THEY WILL FIX THE DEFECT. This laptop this laptop was purchased 7 months ago and the company should replace their defective product.
Toshiba was sued and reached a settlement in 2010 over this same issue
