Our Story
Christian Yoga and Revelation Wellness are NOT a religion... They are a practice of bodily alignment, mindful breathing, movement, fitness and meditation with a connection to Christ through worship and praise.

It is such a joy to be able to teach chair, yin, and other types of yoga along with yoga fusion and other types of group fitness while sharing God’s word and love. WE get to move our beautiful bodies that He gave us, for Him.
I am teaching at Rapha Holistic Wellness in Hampstead MD on Tuesdays, Thursdays and 1 Saturday per month. I also teach at Valley yoga studio 1 Tuesday evening per month. Please check out both of their websites for more information and class schedules. (open to the public)
