🌺Community Support for Death Doula Training🌺 Thank you for all of you who have been supporting me🫶🏼

It’s only 2 weeks away ! I am so excited to volunteer at Doorway Into Light and the Death Store in Haiku on Maui, Hawaii. I am looking forward to immersing and attuning myself to a new level of work to bring back to my community in Colorado in a clear and integrated way. By volunteering at the Death Store, I will be able to be part of the everyday operations of the store’s structure and organization. I also hope to participate in grief rituals and memorials, preparing bodies for green burials, and possibly attend an ocean burial. I am also interested, if there is an opportunity, to work with Hospice of Maui to see how another hospice operates. It will be a rich time to grow and expand my offerings as a hospice worker, grief support coach and group facilitator, death doula, and threshold guide. Thank you for anyway that you contribute to my transformational journey!

This beautiful and magnificent piece of stained glass artwork was just gifted to the One Heart House by Susan Russo. I am constantly amazed by what comes into this community gathering space! The sacredness, the joy, the beauty, the acts of pure LOVE! Thank yous and deepest gratitude and honor for what speaks beyond words! Thank you also to Ted Ullman for building the gorgeous framing!

My amazing friend Marianne is hosting a spring cleaning make it yourself with anti viral thieves oil this Saturday morning.

I love the story of thieves oil. During the black plague, thieves put it into their masks 😷 to protect them from contracting the virus, so that they could go into the homes of and rob sick or dead residents.

Today, it is used as a highly effective antiviral and natural cleaning agent.

Here’s the next big project that has been in the works over the last year ( if you wondered where I had gone!) A lot of work, sweat, and prayers has gone into manifesting this vision!

I walked into this house in the fall of 2020 while showing a friend, who was looking to move here, around Montezuma County. When I walked into this 124 year old house with it’s big timbers and wide open floor plan, my whole body lit up and I had this vision of a community gathering space, meditation/yoga studio, dance floor, music studio and I thought “How the ....?”

Divine Intervention. Divine movement, flow, and faith has gotten me here along with amazing support from Donna Nazario and my parents, Judi and Tom Hunter.

Blessed be, we are open for the business of community gatherings, yoga classes, Kirtan singing, breath work and Nidra workshops, and whatever else shows up to nourish our minds, our bodies, our spirits, and our radiant health!
