I’m very excited to share practices to honor the new moon and the solstice. With a combination of prayers, breathwork, mantra, and Surya Namaskar, we’ll honor the past year, celebrate the light returning, and move like a prayer to what we devote ourselves to for the coming year.

Breathe and flow with me tonight people. 5:30 PM. Tonight’s practice will include a variety of powerful ways to regulate the nervous system through movement, breath, and somatic practices. We will also work on grounding, joint mobility, and fascial freedom. All levels. 733 West Grand Ave. Mancos.
We need to stay grounded and regulated so we can keep showing up, doing our best, and taking care of ourselves and each other.
