I feel my shoulders soften, my chest open
I release what no longer belongs in my heart
Old hurts, old stories, old fears.

I make space

For tenderness, for laughter, for unexpected joy
I release the need to control what comes next
The need to know, to fix, to predict.

I trust the flow of life

I trust my own ability to meet it with courage

✨I am very happy to announce that I adjusted my pricing for this next year and guess what I did not raise them. In fact I kept them the same price and dropped some down for you! ✨

I understand the rising cost of everything but I prayed on it and I am cutting them or not raising them at all. As an appreciation gift to you all that have supported me this far🙏🏼

Take what you need. Leave the rest.

I give myself permission
to feel the weight of this season
without apology.

I honor what is present
and what is absent
and hold both in the same heart.

I do not need to perform
joy or perfection
to be enough.

I let go of the shoulds
that tie me to obligation
and open space for want, for choice, for desire.

I breathe into the ache
and allow it to soften
rather than harden inside me.

I notice the quiet sparks
that shimmer between laughter and tears,
between memory and now.

I am allowed to rest,
to skip the task,
to turn toward myself first.

Grief is a guest,
not a verdict—
I welcome it with curiosity,
with tenderness,
with presence.

I honor the traditions that nourish me,
and release those that no longer serve.

Sound Healing has been such an amazing journey! I have connected with so many beings. I am forever grateful for the ability to follow this calling and chose to take this opportunity. I’m so thankful for those who have been a long for the ride and who have supported my Sound Bath Meditations and Circles the last few years. It’s definitely a passion of mine and am very excited for this next year and to see where we all are this time next year. It’s going to be outstanding. I feel it in my bones❤️
