To the girls who held down B’s for the last 3 months: thank you, thank you, thank you. I truly cannot thank you enough for making my transition into motherhood any easier. Knowing B’s was in your very capable hands made my maternity leave absolutely stress free, and that kind of peace of mind is something I will never take for granted.
You didn’t just “keep things running” you showed up every single day with care, professionalism, and so much pride in what you do. You took care of our clients, supported each other, and protected the heart of this business while I was away experiencing one of the biggest life changes I’ve ever had.
Watching from afar, I felt so proud. Proud of the team we’ve built, proud of the culture we’ve created, and proud to know that B’s is filled with women who are not only talented, but loyal, dependable, and genuinely invested.
Because of you, I was able to soak up those precious newborn moments without worry, without stress, and with complete trust that everything at B's was thriving. That is a gift I can never fully repay, but please know how deeply appreciated you are.
